Peoni Home is the trading name for The Hemming Family TRUST

By shopping at Peoni Home you accept and consent to the following Terms.


All of our upholstered and bespoke goods are covered by a 1 year structural warranty against defective materials or workmanship. The warranty is effective from the the purchase date and covers what is a result of Peoni Home’s manufacturing. We will not be held responsible for any damage caused by negligence, improper storage or maintenance or damage by a third party.

Care Instructions and Maintenance of Fabric Products will apply.

Please note fabrics will fade if exposed to sunlight. Avoid direct sunlight where possible.


Peoni Home cannot be held liable for accidents resulting in personal injury that involves a product purchased on this site.


All images on our website are taken to a high standard. Images supplied are for viewing purposes only. Actual colours of fabrics may differ slightly according to your computer settings or image quality

Many of our products are handmade and therefore there may be a variance in colour and pattern.  Please note that our beautiful bespoke products that have a fabric pattern may vary due to the fact that we may use different areas of the fabric available. We cannot guarantee the pattern will be exactly   the same as the picture. Each product will have its own special details and similarity and are always handcrafted with love.

If you need an exact colour match, please request a colour sample. No responsibility will be taken if you are unhappy with the colour when your purchase arrives, unless you requested a colour sample andand it is different to the product that has been received.


We know that you be delighted with your Peoni Home purchase. In the unlikely event that you would like to return any non-bespoke items, we are happy to provide a refund or exchange assuming that the goods are still in new condition. A refund will only be processed upon the return of the goods within 14 days in the same condition that you received them.

If there is a problem with any of your purchase as a result of the manufacture, please contact us immediately. This must be done along with photographic evidence within 48 hours of receipt of goods. You can either email info@peonihome.com.au call us on 0422 673 076.When we are satisfied that the goods are faulty you will be offered a replacement of product. The goods will have to be returned to us within 14 days.

Please inspect your product immediately upon receiving to check for any damage that may have occurred during the freight process.
